Our sessions are an excellent way to get fit, lose weight, build muscle, build confidence and get to know new people, as well as developing boxing technique! All sessions are run by qualified coaches with years of experience to offer you the best training and advice possible!
Sessions run as follows:
Juniors (6-16)
Mon, Wed, Fri 6pm-7pm
Seniors (14+)
Mon, Tue, Thu 7pm-8.30pm
Boxercise
Wednesday 7pm-8.30pm
No joining fees, no contracts, just pay as you go- £4 per session or £25 per month.
One to one sessions with our coaches are also available, as are private group bookings.
